Lake Effect Kitchen is seeking a dynamic and growth-minded individual to take the lead on the first season with our refurbished Trolley food truck! Responsibilities will include booking vending events for the trolley; obtaining proper permits for the events; set-up, supervising staff, and cleanup/return/restocking of trolley. Schedule will vary based on bookings. A great candidate will be able to problem solve when issues arise; be comfortable with POS systems; have a passion for working with intellectual disabilities and seeing them succeed; and be able to train and lead. Compensation package includes hourly pay plus tips and commissions.
Required: Two to three years of cooking experience: quantitative cooking and line cooking; 1+ years demonstrated supervisory experience; Chauffeur license and ServSafe Certification; Clean driving record. Preferred: 1+ years demonstrated customer service experience
