The purpose of the General Foreman is to oversee all production operations.
Supervise all shift personnel- assign all tasks
Oversee all aspects of molding operations (material handlers, die setters, supervisors)
Communicate with senior personnel on problems and status of all jobs.
The General Foreman is the senior employee on all shifts and is required to assign tasks to all shift employees, train them in all aspects of each job, must maintain all processes within acceptable company goals. Assist management in all processes and quality improvements projects.
Indirectly supervises 15-70 employees in the production area.
Must have plastics injection molding experience in all production areas, supervisory experience is a must.
