We are looking to add new team members to learn the craft and help keep our legacy moving forward into the next generation of stair builders!
Varying levels of experience is welcome as we have multiple positions open for hire.
Ideal candidates shall possess the following traits:

- Clean and neat appearance/Hygiene (you may be working in customers homes)

- Discipline and Motivated-Self Starter
- Able to follow instructions
- Able to read blueprints or shop drawings/schematics
- Able to read a tape measure and perform basic math/fraction calculations
- Understanding of basic tools and building techniques
Duties and Responsibilities
- Keep and maintain a clean work environment
- Deliver materials to job sites using company vehicle
- Operate machinery and tooling to produce staircase and handrail components

- Pay-Starting at $18/hr, but commensurate with greater experience and ability.

Requirements
- Must be 18 years old
- Must be able to work on feet 8+ hours and lift > 80 lbs
- Must possess a valid drivers license
- Must be willing to undergo a background check (in accordance with legal regulations)
