We have immediate openings for Molding Operators on all shifts in Imlay City. This is an entry level temporary position expected to last through November/December. There is potential to become full time regular employment dependent on production workload. EOE

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Molding Operator’s primary responsibility is to make sure the parts being produced meet customers’ requirements (see job specific work instruction sheet). However, there are many times when the Molding Operator will be required to perform other duties as requested through Management or his/her Supervisor.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
· High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

· Safety rules, regulations, and emergency procedures
· Demonstrated positive attitude
· Strong attention to detail
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Make sure parts fall from mold/cycle the gate
· Do secondary operations to meet customer requirements. (See job specific work instructions.)
· Follow operator instruction sheets
· Bar code parts with LID labels
· Pack parts. (Per packaging work instructions.)
· Think safety first
· If non-conforming parts occur contact shift supervisor immediately
· Sign Operator Instruction Verification Sign-Off Sheet
· Ensure that production requirements are made on shift basis
· Production and scrap reporting
· Complete any and all tasks or assignments as requested by Management or your Supervisor.
· Comply with all Standards of Conduct and Work Rules and comply with all policies contained in the Employee Handbook
· Safety First: Follow all safety rules and regulations and promote safety throughout the company
· Notify the Supervisor of any safety related issues immediately.
· Maintain the housekeeping standards. Maintain a clean and organized work and storage area
· Perform other related duties as assigned
