Minimum requirements: Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Engineering Management, Project Management, or closely related field plus 2 years of experience in project management, application, or project engineering occupations in the commercial vehicle industry and demonstrated experience with: Project management using GDPEP methodology; Applying IATF 16949 to meet customers and internal requirements for product releases; Building or contributing to business cases for large-scale automotive parts manufacturers; Financial KPIs including FCM, GMP, and M-ROCE; Commercial vehicle systems related to braking or ADAS; Microsoft Project, including developing and managing Gantt charts with task dependencies, resource assignment, and workload allocation, creating and interpreting Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and identifying critical paths; 6 Sigma, Lean Methodologies, Kaizen, and 5S applied to problem solving and root cause identification; SAP data visualization including customer demands and supplier demands; and PLM Basic knowledge.
