Responsible for investigating customer complaints regarding product quality and defects and participating on cross-functional teams to implement approved countermeasures. Work with manufacturing, engineering, and associates to ensure compliance with approved countermeasures and attend New Product Development (NPD) meetings as they relate to QC mass production functions. Support the Production Engineer to establish standard documentation, process diagrams, FMEA, process flow charts, trial reports, and other documentation as needed to maintain compliance with quality management systems and customer requirements. Responsible for analyzing returned parts using a variety of tests to determine the root cause of defects and reporting on failure analysis. Provide analysis and recommendations for countermeasures to eliminate further occurrences. Responsible for hosting customers for all on-site visits and traveling to customer locations to fulfill the specific functions of this position, and assist in control plan revision documentation and Engineering Change Notice documentation.
Minimum Qualifications: Education: Bachelor – Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Engineering Design or a related industrial engineering role; will accept equivalent foreign degree

Education and/or Experience must include:
1. Machining Processes;
2. Processes and Materials in Manufacturing;
3. CAD-Solid Modeling; and
4. Engineering Material Design.
