Job Title: General Production Worker Job Description
Join our team as a General Production Worker where you'll be an integral part of the production line, assembling materials, operating machines, and ensuring product quality before shipment. This role involves inspecting parts, assembling components, and rotating through various positions based on preference.
Responsibilities
Operate machinery and assemble materials on the production line.
Inspect parts for quality before packaging and shipping.
Rotate through different positions on the production line.
Work overtime when needed, including some Saturdays and mandatory 12-hour shifts.
Essential Skills
At least 6 months of recent experience in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to lift 40 lbs and handle components made of plastic and foam.
Experience in visual inspection for identifying defects such as scratches, paint marks, or dents.
Demonstrated job longevity, with at least 8 months at each of the past three jobs.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with mechanical and machine operating is beneficial.

Work Environment
Work in a plastic manufacturing setting that can be hot in the summer. Collaborate with a team under the supervision of an OP3. Adhere to safety protocols, including wearing work pants, a work shirt, closed-toed shoes, and safety glasses. The role is available on the 3rd shift from 10:30pm to 6:30am.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Roseville, MI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.05 - $17.05/hr.
