Ambient Recruiting is partnered with a great client in Holland, MI who is actively looking to hire qualified Lab Associate. The candidate will be expected to assist in the preparation of sterile plant tissue culture medium.

Lab Associate Responsibilities:
- Wash used media containers
- Work from a written list to prepare necessary supplies and trays for each day
- Dispense media into bags, boxes, and tubes
- Close containers and organize in trays
- Maintain high uniformity standards and production volume
- Maintain a sterile workstation
- Disinfect floors, walls, ceilings, and surfaces according to a schedule as needed
- Operate autoclave to melt and sterilize media
- Operate UV light to sterilize media
- Other duties as needed
Lab Associate Qualifications:
- Self motivated and efficient
- Willingness to propose and pursue logical solutions
- Spanish language proficiency preferred
