Clear communication skills and a desire to learn in a supportive team setting.
Exposure to 10-K and 10-Q preparation, Workiva, or a complex business environment is helpful.
CPA certification or progress toward it is a plus.
You'll have access to leaders who value ideas, encourage questions, and make time for mentoring. The team celebrates shared wins and offers projects that can expand your responsibilities over time.
