What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a "can-do" person who is comfortable fixing things and figuring out problems. The right candidate should be able to look at a maintenance issue, understand what needs to be done, and either complete the repair or clearly communicate when a licensed professional is required.
This position is ideal for someone with broad residential/property maintenance experience, rather than someone limited to one specific trade.
How to Apply
Please submit your resume and a brief description of your property maintenance experience, including the types of plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, painting, and other repairs you have performed.
