Pay: $20-22/Hour based on experience, along with full benefit packages and opportunity for advancement

Qualifications:
- Must have at least one (1) year of experience in manufacturing experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and reasoning
- Ability to follow complex processes
- Knowledge of measuring devices, calipers and micrometers
- Experience with changing of dies and tooling.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance checks on assigned production line.
- Seek out ways to improve equipment performance and quality of product.
- Recommend changes related to equipment use to increase efficiency; keep the supervisor informed of problem areas.
- Firm understanding of industrial standards.
