Remote (U.S.) | Full-time | 4 x 10-hour shifts, Thu–Sun or Fri–Mon

Our client moves time-critical freight for OEMs, automotive manufacturers and 3PLs across North America by air charter, ground expedite and on-board courier. When a shipment can't be late, customers call them. They answer 24/7/365, with an average 15-minute response on door-to-door options. They are looking to hire a Operations Logistics Specalist to join them in ensuring that their customers freight gets to where it needs to be...quickly!

Duties:

• Take inbound requests and capture the essentials: pieces, weight, dims, origin, destination, ready and protect times
• Source and quote air charter, ground expedite and hand-carry options on price, speed and reliability
• Coordinate every leg: pickup trucking, ground handlers, air carriers and final-mile delivery
• Catch operational risks early (runways, airport hours, loading equipment) and solve them
• Flight-watch active moves, update customers at each milestone, and re-plan fast when things change
• Follow our escalation process, bringing at-risk moves to leadership early
• Keep records and billing details accurate for single-invoice billing; hand off cleanly to the next shift
