- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- A minimum of four (4) years broad-based accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Access and Excel.
- Ability to use financial accounting technology including computer-based spreadsheet and database applications.
- Ability to manage complex financial activities and projects.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with others.
