The Opportunity: Grow Your Career in Manufacturing
This is an entry-level role built for growth. You’ll get real training and hands-on experience with CNC machining, all while learning firsthand how to continuously improve our production systems. You’ll play a key role in making high-quality parts efficiently, cleanly, and precisely.
What You’ll Do:
- Run the Machines: Effectively operate machines by performing routine upkeep to support continuous production.
- Ensure Quality: Inspect parts hourly with calipers, micrometers, and comparators, documenting all findings clearly.
- Uphold Our Standards: Keep your work area safe, organized, and clean.
- Follow Process: Read and follow detailed standard operating procedures.
- Contribute to Improvement: Join daily planning meetings and help drive data-backed improvements.

Available Shifts – Choose What Fits:
- Week Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (4x10s)
- Weekend Shift: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Work 36, get paid for 40)
