As a Dispatcher, you will play a key role in keeping our service operations running smoothly by coordinating technicians, customers, and field leadership throughout the day. You’ll be responsible for assigning the right technician to the right call, monitoring schedules and job progress, and making real-time adjustments to maximize efficiency and customer service. This role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to stay focused and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Your Day-to-Day:
- Dispatch the right technician to the right job to maximize every opportunity
- Resolve client concerns in a timely manner with 5-star quality customer service
- Communicate between the technicians, clients, and department managers to ensure everyone is communicated with efficiently
- Record the results of each service call and create report summaries for management
- Serve as an integral link in establishing customer rapport, converting clients into customers for a lifetime
- Participate in training to boost sales and ensure quick, accurate dispatch of incoming orders
- Provide timely updates to customers throughout the day on the technician’s progress
What Does It Take?
- 2 years of scheduling experience, home services experience preferred
- Ability to type at least 35 wpm
- Demonstrated capacity to work independently in a high-paced environment
- Pass a drug screen and background check
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Intermediate computer and telecommunication skills
Physical Requirements: This position primarily requires sitting for extended periods while working at a computer and communicating by phone, headset, and other communication systems. Employees must be able to frequently use a keyboard, mouse, telephone, and other standard office equipment. The role requires prolonged computer screen use, frequent verbal communication, and the ability to maintain focus while managing multiple tasks and priorities. Employees may occasionally be required to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift or carry office materials weighing up to 20 pounds.
