Ace of Trades, LLC is seeking an experienced Master-Level HVAC Professional to lead our HVAC work and serve as the license holder for our HVAC operations.
This is a hands-on role focused on installation, material ordering, and scheduling HVAC work alongside our existing construction projects. You’ll work with a provided helper/apprentice and have a company work van.
Responsibilities
- Maintain required HVAC licensing and state requirements
- Install and oversee HVAC systems from start to finish
- Order materials and coordinate project needs
- Schedule HVAC work with our current project load
- Lead and work alongside a helper/apprentice
- Submit completed job documentation for invoicing
We Handle the Business Side
Ace of Trades handles customer billing, insurance, staffing, and administrative work. All job materials are company-paid—no out-of-pocket purchases. Your pay is not dependent on when the customer pays us.
Compensation: Hourly or salary based on experience and qualifications.
We're looking for someone dependable and experienced who can take ownership of our HVAC work and help us grow this division.
