This position is based at our indoor pool location, which features a guest-friendly layout with a maximum depth of only 5 feet. It is a comfortable, climate-controlled environment that is excellent for both newly certified guards and seasoned pros looking to deliver exceptional guest service.
What You’ll Do
- Montior our pool attentively to ensure a safe environment for all resort guests.
- Provide warm, top-tier customer service and assist guests with pool-area questions.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and welcoming pool deck, including managing chairs and towel service.
- Respond quickly and professionally to any safety or guest needs according to facility protocols.
