We are seeking an Inbound Sales Representative who is organized, outgoing & efficient individual to join our sales and service office. The environment is fast paced, with a regular high volume of incoming sales and service calls from residential customers, builders/developers, real estate agents & property managers

Compensation:

• $15/hour plus UNCAPPED commission (average first year earnings: $60-80,000)
• $1,500 biweekly minimum for first 4 weeks.

Work Setting:

• Work will be onsite in our local office daily; this is NOT a remote position.
• Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm with a 1-hour unpaid lunch

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn the details of the radon mitigation industry and be able to discuss in detail how systems are designed, priced, installed and serviced.
• Answer a large volume of inbound sales & service calls.
• Produce residential proposals after site evaluations are conducted by field technicians.
• Create real-time proposals/work orders in a customized CRM system and lead customers through a detailed, in-house sales script.
• Manage logistics of installation and service appointments for our field technicians to optimize installation time and minimize drive time.
• May attend trade shows, real estate office presentations, industry conferences, etc. (following training).
