Job Title: Commercial Cleaner / Cleaning Specialist (Flexible Evening Hours)

We offer paid training during your first week and room for growth by cross-training into other facility maintenance functions.
Pay & Work Schedule
- Compensation: Hourly Rate (1099 / Cash options available)
- Core Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
- Shift Hours: Evening shift between 6:00 PM – 9:00 / 9:30 PM
- Flexibility: Independent work environment with flexible scheduling options, including day, night, and occasional special project visits for extra hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough facility cleaning, sanitization, and surface dusting according to the provided scope of work.
- Maintain restrooms to exceptionally high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Handle efficient waste disposal and recycling routines.
- Conduct basic floor care tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Ensure all chemical safety protocols and safety guidelines are strictly followed.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in commercial or residential cleaning services preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliability: Proven track record of dependability, punctuality, and working unsupervised.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment and safety practices.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, push, pull, and stay active for the duration of the shift.
