Summary of Position
The General Laborer provides support to manufacturing operations by performing a variety of general labor, material handling, housekeeping, and production support duties. This position assists multiple departments as needed to maintain safe, clean, and efficient operations while supporting production schedules and customer requirements.

- Assist production departments with general labor and manufacturing support activities.
- Perform housekeeping duties to maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
- Move materials, tooling, equipment, and supplies throughout the facility using appropriate material handling equipment as trained.
- Assist skilled trades and production employees with assigned tasks while working within established training and qualification requirements.
- Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment as trained and authorized.
- Work overtime as needed to support production requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful job performance will be considered. Typical qualifications would be:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and basic material handling equipment.
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and assist multiple departments.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions while working independently or as part of a team
