Insight Global is hiring an Assistant Technician for Leak Repair for a national industrial services organization that supports manufacturing facilities, power plants, processing facilities, and other industrial operations throughout the region.

What You'll Do
Assist experienced technicians with field service and repair projects
Travel to customer locations throughout the assigned territory
Learn specialized repair and maintenance techniques
Utilize hand tools, measuring devices, and mechanical equipment
Support installation, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair activities
Assist with equipment preparation, maintenance, and quality checks
Complete job documentation and communicate updates to the team
Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
Work both independently and alongside experienced team members
Participate in overtime and occasional on-call assignments as needed

Skills and Requirements
Strong work ethic and reliability - Industrial maintenance experience
Manufacturing experience
Field service experience
Mechanical repair experience
Construction or skilled trades experience
Automotive or diesel mechanic experience
Military experience
OSHA certifications or ability to obtain OSHA 10/30 certification
Compensation:
$30-$35/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
