MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN - 3RD SHIFT
Techno-Coat, a family-owned powder coating company, is looking for a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team!
This is a hands-on position supporting our production equipment and facility. We're looking for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, fixing problems, and keeping equipment running safely and efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do:
- Troubleshoot and repair production equipment
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
- Work on conveyors, ovens, washers, pumps, motors, and other manufacturing equipment
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and help minimize production downtime
- Complete facility repairs and general maintenance
- Assist with equipment installation and improvement projects
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
- Work closely with production and leadership to solve equipment issues
What We're Looking For:
- Industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Electrical troubleshooting experience is a plus
- Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
- Ability to work independently and prioritize repairs
- Dependable, safety-focused, and willing to jump in where needed
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
