Position Summary:
Central Michigan University's College of Medicine seeks an Assessment & Program Evaluation Coordinator to support institutional and program evaluation activities within the Office of Assessment and Evaluation. The position manages quantitative and qualitative evaluation data, surveys, reporting, accreditation support, and continuous quality improvement activities for the Medical Degree curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:

Build, manage, and report on student, course, faculty, and institutional evaluations.

Plan and design questionnaires, surveys, and other evaluation tools.

Maintain schedules for timely distribution of evaluations and surveys.

Manage live surveys and resolve data or implementation issues.

Review evaluation processes to ensure accurate, high-quality results.

Assist with analysis of quantitative and qualitative evaluation data.

Prepare reports and presentations for courses, clerkships, curriculum segments, and administrative committees.

Prepare documentation and reports supporting accreditation requirements.

Participate in continuous quality improvement and other institutional committees.

Coordinate evaluation and assessment projects with other team members.

Proctor exams.

Provide administrative support for evaluation, monitoring, reporting, and accreditation activities.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience totaling 4 years.

2 years of progressively responsible, relevant experience.

Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel or similar software.

Experience with survey/evaluation platforms such as Microsoft Forms or Qualtrics.

Strong organizational, project management, and time-management skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong written and oral communication skills with attention to accuracy and detail.

Proficiency with computers and databases.

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Ability to maintain confidentiality.
