We are looking for a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to join our team. This position offers steady, full-time work with opportunities to learn new skills and grow within the company. Experience in construction, roofing, or general labor is a plus, but a strong work ethic is most important.
Responsibilities
- Assist crews with daily job site tasks
- Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment
- Clean and prepare work areas
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Follow directions from supervisors and crew leaders
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Perform physical labor in various weather conditions
- Support construction, roofing, and maintenance projects as needed
Qualifications
- Previous labor or construction experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Valid driver's license preferred
