We are growing, and we're looking for an experienced Powder Coating Painter/Applicator to join our team!
We are a family-owned powder coating company in Holland, MI looking for someone who takes pride in quality, works well in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and understands what it takes to produce a great finish.
What You'll Do:
- Apply powder coating using manual and automatic spray equipment
- Adjust application techniques for different parts, colors, and specifications
- Inspect parts for proper coverage and quality
- Complete color changes and basic equipment cleaning
- Follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures
- Work closely with production and quality team members
What We're Looking For:
- Powder coating or industrial painting experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
* Powder coating experience is a plus!
