THE POSITION
Our office is busy, exciting, and fast-paced. You may interact with 100-200 people per day, so you must genuinely enjoy being around people.
You will help lead the front office and create an exceptional experience for every patient and family.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and engaging with patients
- Answering phones
- Scheduling appointments
- Directing patient flow
- Collecting payments
- Maintaining an organized front office
- Helping the office run efficiently
- Multitasking, solving problems, and taking initiative
We will train you to assist with patient-care procedures, including Sstatic EMG scans, thermal scans, heart rate variability scans, spinal X-rays, and other office systems.
You must be willing to learn new skills and help wherever needed. There is no "That's not my job" attitude here. We work together as a team.

Health insurance knowledge is a plus, but not required.

In addition to hourly compensation and bonuses, we provide:
