What You'll Do
Perform venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, and geriatric specimen collections following established procedures
Prepare, process, label, and maintain specimens for laboratory testing
Verify patient demographics and ensure accurate specimen labeling and documentation
Provide exceptional patient service while creating a safe, professional, and welcoming environment
Maintain required records and comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Support multiple patient service locations as needed and adapt to changing business needs
Perform both clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing duties
What We're Looking For
A current, up-to-date resume
High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
Strong specimen collection, processing, and documentation skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Keyboard/data entry experience
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple locations as needed
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and varying schedules based on business needs
Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
Previous Patient Service Center experience preferred
Ability to meet compliance requirements
