Are you an experienced logistics professional with a background in automotive manufacturing and a passion for leading teams? We're looking for a Logistics Supervisor to oversee logistics operations, inventory management, customer deliveries, and supply chain performance for a growing automotive-focused organization.
This is an excellent opportunity to step into a visible leadership role where you'll work closely with senior leadership, drive process improvements, and help ensure operational excellence across the supply chain.
What You'll Do
Lead and develop a team of Logistics Specialists
Oversee daily logistics, transportation, inventory, and shipping activities
Ensure customer delivery requirements are met on time and accurately
Monitor inventory levels and maintain inventory accuracy
Analyze logistics and inventory data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and tracking tools using Excel
Coordinate with customers, suppliers, carriers, production teams, and third-party logistics providers
Lead inventory audits and support corrective actions when needed
Assist with cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives
Resolve shipment issues, customer concerns, and delivery escalations
What We're Looking For
2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience managing employees
3+ years of experience within the automotive industry
Experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, material control, inventory, or warehouse operations
Strong Excel skills, including:
Pivot Tables
Formulas
Reporting and data analysis
Dashboard creation and tracking
Experience utilizing ERP systems
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and cross-functional teams
High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Inventory management and cycle count experience
Experience supporting automotive manufacturing operations
background leading continuous improvement initiatives
Transportation and shipping coordination experience

Work Environment
This is primarily an office-based leadership position with a strong focus on Excel reporting, data analysis, customer communication, and ERP system management. You'll spend most of your time collaborating with operations teams, customers, suppliers, and leadership while occasionally supporting activities on the warehouse floor.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
