POSITION SUMMARY
ROWE is currently looking for Graduate Surveyors to join our team. This position will play a big role in growing our Surveying Services and/or Geospatial Services team. Graduate Surveyors work under the supervision of a licensed Survey Project Manager. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Perform field and/or office survey tasks such as construction staking, boundary and alignment retracement, ALTA and topographic surveys.
- Assist with the planning, field data capture, processing and compilation of remote sensing data including stationary, mobile and UAV LiDAR sensors and cameras.
- Work with the latest software programs to complete calculations, CAD deliverables, GPS processing, LiDAR extraction and modeling.
- Produce detailed survey drawings and reports.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
We are seeking forward-thinking, safety-conscious, and energetic individuals who are excited to work on both small-scale and large-scale projects. Qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree in surveying engineering.
- SIT certification preferred.
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or MicroStation is a plus.
- Ability to interact well with coworkers, clients, and regulatory agencies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical/judgement capabilities.
- Ability to work independently or on a team.
- Ability to work remote and in person effectively.
