Perform the manufacturing activities for the company’s products according to the established production schedule and in compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards.
- Accurately complete production records, monitoring activities, approvals, and other process controls within the established timeframe, following procedures, work instructions, quality standards, and safety requirements, while ensuring the traceability of information;
- Ensure the correct completion of process and nonconforming product cards;
- Perform the inspections and Autonomous Maintenance activities required for the equipment, in accordance with the training, established standards, and procedures, immediately reporting any identified abnormalities;
- Perform activities in accordance with Standardized Work and contribute to achieving the production, productivity, and efficiency targets established for the process;
- Support the onboarding, guidance, and training of new employees in process activities, in accordance with their qualifications and authorization, following established standards and procedures;
- Perform other duties related to the position, consistent with their qualifications and training, as required by operational needs and as directed by management;
- Identify and report process deviations, segregating nonconforming or suspect products in accordance with the Segregation Flowchart and other applicable procedures, preventing the unintended use or release of products that do not meet specifications;
- Keep the workstation, machines, equipment, tools, and materials clean and organized, in accordance with established standards and other company requirements;
- Ensure the proper care and use of machines, equipment, measuring instruments, and tools, reporting any abnormal conditions, damage, or maintenance needs;
- Operate machines, equipment, and process devices used in production, including presses, milling machines, drilling machines, leak testing equipment, assembly lines, and other equipment, in accordance with training, authorization, work instructions, and safety requirements;
- Supply the workstation and/or production line in accordance with the production plan, established standards, and process requirements, reporting any material shortages or discrepancies to management or Logistics;
- Perform activities in accordance with management direction, procedures, work instructions, and established standards for Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Environmental requirements;
- Perform Autonomous Maintenance activities and minor process adjustments only when properly trained, qualified, and authorized, in accordance with established safety and maintenance procedures;
- Participate in production and productivity meetings, providing information on deviations, losses, process issues, safety and quality concerns, and opportunities for improvement;
- Identify and suggest improvement opportunities related to Safety, Quality, Productivity, Cost, Ergonomics, and waste reduction, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes;
- Act in accordance with the company’s values, principles, and Code of Conduct, maintaining ethical, professional, and respectful behavior in the workplace;
- Comply with working hours, code of conduct requirements, company policies, and internal procedures, maintaining appropriate operational discipline and attendance.
REQUIREMENTS (Technical, Education, Knowledge, Experience, and Skills)
- Completed High School Education
- Knowledge of production-related documents and procedures (Standardized Work, Control Plan, Work Instructions, identification and segregation of nonconforming products, safety procedures, proper use of PPE, basic quality concepts, identification cards, Autonomous Maintenance checklists, etc.)
