We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman / Service Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in home repairs, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, finishing work, or general maintenance who enjoys solving problems and delivering excellent customer service.
While prior remodeling experience is a plus, we provide training on our products, processes, and installation techniques. If you have strong mechanical aptitude and experience working with tools, we'd like to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Perform residential service and repair work
Troubleshoot and resolve customer service issues
Complete minor plumbing, finishing, drywall, caulking, and carpentry repairs
Conduct product adjustments and warranty service work
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
Accurately document completed work and service visits
Qualifications
Experience as a handyman, maintenance technician, service technician, plumber, carpenter, or related trade
Basic plumbing and finishing skills preferred
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to use hand and power tools safely
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work independently
