Dispatcher

Looking to break into full time career within logistics or grow your transportation career? We're seeking a high-energy, customer-focused Dispatcher to coordinate vehicle shipments from pickup through delivery while building strong relationships with carriers and customers.
Responsibilities:
Manage shipments from assignment through delivery
Monitor load status and provide shipment updates
Source carrier capacity and coordinate transportation moves
Resolve delays, service issues, and delivery exceptions
Maintain accurate information within the TMS system
Partner with operations, carriers, and customers to ensure successful deliveries
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred OR 1+ year of logistics, transportation, dispatch, brokerage, or supply chain experience
OR 2-5 years of high-volume customer service/call center experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn transportation software
Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
High energy, professional demeanor, and strong sense of urgency

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $55000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
