You thrive in structured execution environments, take clear direction well, and bring GCC and sales expertise to add real value to the response.The Work:As Americas Support Lead for the Global Capability Center Sales Engine, you are a dedicated GCC pursuit specialist supporting prioritized GCC opportunities across the Americas market, working closely with the Americas Lead and deal leadership from qualification through submission and orals. Key responsibilities include:- Develop high-quality pursuit content across assigned sections (e..g solution narrative, GCC-specific modules, case examples, and executive summaries) in line with the pursuit strategy- Apply GCC domain knowledge and competitive context to strengthen win themes and ensure Accenture's differentiated value proposition is reflected throughout the response- Coordinate across deal team, tracking progress and keeping deliverables on schedule- Support orals preparation by developing speaker materials, Q&A frameworks, and visual aids- Contribute to the development and maintenance of reusable GCC sales assets within the Americas market- Track pursuit activity and contribute observations to win/loss analysis and the shared asset library
Here's What You Need:
5+ years in consulting sales or delivery
2+ years of experience with GCC or GBS operating models, setup structures, and the evolving global services landscape.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
Bonus Points If You Have:
Direct experience supporting or winning large GBS/GCC pursuits
Experience shaping opportunities
Experience within an industry (e.g. Banking/Capital Markets/Insurance, Products/LS/Health, CMT/Resources)
Professional Qualifications
Strong written communication and proposal development skills with ability to produce polished, client-ready content independently.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight timelines and integrate quickly into active pursuit teams.
Collaborative, responsive, and dependable under pressure.
