Bud Percha Painting, Inc. is looking for an experienced Project Manager / Estimator to join our team.
We are looking for someone with a strong background in the painting industry who can confidently estimate projects, communicate with customers, and manage jobs from start to finish.
Painting experience is a MUST. This position is ideal for someone who understands the painting business and is ready to take on greater responsibility in project management and estimating.
Starting salary will depend on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with customers to discuss painting projects and provide estimates
- Accurately estimate labor, materials, and project costs
- Prepare project proposals and communicate pricing to customers
- Schedule and coordinate painting crews and materials
- Manage multiple projects from start to completion
- Visit job sites to monitor progress and quality
- Communicate with customers, employees, and subcontractors
- Help ensure projects are completed on time and according to company standards
- Address questions or concerns and maintain positive customer relationships
- Perform final inspections and ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Previous professional painting experience required
- Estimating and/or project management experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of painting processes, materials, and production
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Detail-oriented and able to accurately estimate jobs
- Professional appearance and dependable work ethic
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
