The mission of Agricultural and Foreign Labor Services is to engage employers to enhance employment and training opportunities and improve quality of life for workers within Michigan's migrant and seasonal worker dependent Industries. Agricultural Employment Services promotes employment and training services to Employers and Migrant and Seasonal Farmworkers offered through partnership with the Michigan Works Agencies across the state. Agricultural Employment Services provides assistance to facilitate recruitment and referrals between employers seeking workers, and workers seeking employment.
