Our purpose is to build our company and grow. What We're Hiring For:
GENERAL LABORERS: THIS IS NOT AN OFFICE POSITION AND WILL REQUIRE ON SITE LOCATION WITH DAILY SUPERVISION, TRAINING, AND ROLE MODELING RESPONSIBILITIES. MUST BE COMMITTED TO COMPANY VISION, TRUSTWORTHY, AND DISPLAY SERVANT LEADERSHIP SKILLS.
Looking for people who are dependable and have own reliable transportation and willing to travel within a 1 hour radius of Fife Lake. Leading by example is the preferred method for our company by someone who is humble and able to teach and learn. We want those who are willing to work hard and do the work correctly and expeditiously.
IOB is hoping to build into the community with providing economic housing and a livable wage so the Neighbors we hire need to be dependable and dedicated to working for a greater purpose.
We want Neighbors to work for us who are not under the influence of any drugs including marijuana but we do review backgrounds on a case by case basis.
Job requires lifting and moving and bending and is quite physically demanding. We do roofing, siding, drywalling, framing, demolition..anything remodeling related as well as brand new home constructions.
We are a new company and building up quickly. Pay is increased based on employee and company performance, not cost of living or yearly intervals. We do our best to promote from within based on skills, dedication, and actions. Pay is bi-weekly. Sick Pay after 120 days. More benefits to follow as company grows.
