Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m. or Monday - Thursday 2:30 p.m. - 1:00 a.m.
Pay: Starting at $16.00 per hour, with higher pay based on experience and or shift

Aspen Technologies is hiring Manufacturing Associates to join our team in Brighton. We are a Tier 1 polyurethane foam manufacturer serving the automotive industry and are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who take pride in being part of a team.
No prior manufacturing experience? We welcome entry-level candidates and are willing to train the right person.
What You'll Do
- Operate production machinery and assembly equipment safely and accurately
- Help maintain quality standards
- Keep your workstation clean and organized
- Meet daily production and attendance expectations
- Follow established safety procedures
- Work with team members and supervisors to keep production running smoothly
- Perform other related duties as needed

Previous manufacturing, assembly, or machine operation experience is helpful but not required.
Physical & Work Environment
This is an active, hands-on manufacturing position. Candidates should be comfortable:
- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Frequently lifting and moving materials up to 50 pounds
- Working with machinery, tools, and production equipment
- Working in a manufacturing environment that may be warm or cold based on weather and is not climate-controlled
