What You’ll Do
- Take charge of setting up, operating, and optimizing automated injection molding machines
- Install, adjust, and fine-tune molds and equipment to keep production running at peak performance
- Monitor processes and actively drive improvements in quality and efficiency
- Serve as the go-to technical resource for the molding team each shift
- Jump in to troubleshoot and solve issues quickly to minimize downtime
- Perform routine maintenance and keep equipment in top condition
- Partner with the production team to hit (and exceed) daily goals
- Help grow the team—mentor packers and support their development into technicians
- Champion safety, quality, and continuous improvement every step of the way
