We are seeking a dedicated Field IT Support Technician to join our team, providing essential, hands-on support for IT infrastructure. Key Responsibilities
* Infrastructure Support: Manage implementation, maintenance, and repair for desktop devices, peripherals, telephone systems, network devices, and specialized industry-specific equipment.
* Operational Mobility (IMAC): Execute physical installs, moves, adds, and changes for IT infrastructure devices, including workstations, network hardware, and peripheral systems.
* Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for Windows-based workstations and associated platforms.
* Service Delivery: Maintain clear and effective communication with end-users to ensure all technical needs are met with precision and professional urgency.
* Flexibility: Adapt to a dynamic schedule that includes some travel to nearby sites, weekend shifts, and after-hours availability as needed for project success."
Requirements
* Experience: 2–5 years of relevant IT technical support experience.
* Certifications: CompTIA A+ Certification is highly preferred.
* Technical Proficiencies:
- Strong knowledge of Windows workstation environments.
- Foundational understanding of Network and Server systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook applications.
* Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential to success in this role.
* Logistics: Ability to travel to various local sites (mostly same-day, with rare overnight travel) and comfort with a flexible, on-call schedule.
* Compliance:
- Due to the nature of the locations supported, candidates must be able to pass an extensive, rigorous background check and drug screen.

Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience supporting airline or transportation infrastructure is a plus.
