Education:
- High school or equivalent (Minimum)
- College/University (Preferred)
- Hardware knowledge or willingness to learn (Required)
- Cash handling or retail experience (Required)
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting customers with projects and finding items in the store
- Putting away stock
- Inventory
- Filling propane
- Mixing paint
- Loading merchandise
- Cutting and loading lumber
- Maintaining a clean store; sweeping, mopping, cleaning, dusting and washing windows
- Store management duties including payroll, scheduling, opening and closing the store, upholding store policies and procedures, handling customer complaints, managing staff, assigning employees tasks
We are hiring enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join our team. We are hiring both cashiers and sales associates who are interested in keeping the store running efficiently and serving our customers and community. The successful candidates will be able to make change quickly, respond to customer inquiries and offer suggestions, stock merchandise and use their extensive product knowledge to make customers feel welcome and appreciated. We are looking for candidates with a passion for customer service, who can support a fast-paced environment, and who possess excellent cash handling skills and communication skills. Basic computer skills are encouraged. Experience in retail or hardware preferred but not required.

Pay: $38,000-$40,000 + Monthly Bonus
