Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking a 1st Shift picker/packager to join their team. As a picker/packager, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting a dynamic and efficient team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Location: Montague, MI
Pay Range: $16.5
Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM or 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with mandatory 10-hour shifts and Saturdays
What's the Job?
Select products accurately according to electronic pick lists and order requirements
Use handheld scan guns to verify inventory and ensure order accuracy
Pack products securely and efficiently for shipment
Utilize computer systems to review, process, and complete packing tasks
Verify product quantities and information before shipment
What's Needed?
Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or scanning experience is helpful but not required
Comfortable using scan guns and basic computer systems
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work quickly and effectively in a fast-paced environment
Reliable attendance and punctuality required
