- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Education, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous progressively responsible administrative support experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and database management systems.
- Knowledge of and familiarity with academic programs, higher education institutions, and administrative/business procedures (such as accounts payable, purchasing, and general bookkeeping).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum of one year of supervisory experience.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with a customer service orientation.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
