What You'll Do Strategic Consulting & Client Advisory Help organizations define and execute GIS and utility modernization strategies. * Partner with business and technical stakeholders to understand operational goals and challenges * Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and strategic planning discussions * Translate business objectives into practical technology and process recommendations * Serve as a trusted advisor to clients throughout project lifecycles Program & Project Leadership Drive successful delivery of enterprise consulting engagements. * Oversee multiple initiatives from planning through implementation * Guide requirements analysis, solution planning, and deployment strategies * Monitor project progress, manage key deliverables, and support successful outcomes * Align cross-functional teams around business priorities and project objectives Utility Network & GIS Solutions Provide expertise in modern geospatial platforms and utility workflows. * Advise on utility network design, implementation, and operational adoption * Support data governance, modeling, and geospatial information management efforts * Help organizations maximize the value of enterprise GIS platforms and applications * Recommend approaches that improve visibility, reliability, and business processes Leadership & Business Growth Contribute to organizational success beyond project delivery. * Mentor consultants and technical professionals across the team * Support proposal development, solution estimation, and client presentations * Build and strengthen long-term client relationships * Participate in industry events, thought leadership initiatives, and professional communities What You Bring * Background leading consulting engagements, technology programs, or business transformation initiatives * Experience working with utility organizations or infrastructure-focused environments * Knowledge of geospatial technologies and enterprise GIS platforms * Ability to communicate effectively with executives, operational teams, and technical stakeholders * Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into actionable solutions * Strong relationship-building, presentation, and facilitation skills * Demonstrated ability to manage priorities, guide teams, and deliver results in dynamic environments * Typically brings several years of experience supporting large-scale utility, GIS, or enterprise technology projects * Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and professional experience Nice to Have * Experience with utility network modeling and modern network management practices * Familiarity with electric, gas, water, or other infrastructure industries * Experience designing or supporting enterprise geospatial applications * Knowledge of GIS data architecture, governance, and lifecycle management * Prior experience mentoring consultants, analysts, or technical teams * Exposure to business development, account growth, or client-facing consulting activities * Industry conference speaking, publishing, or thought leadership experience Success in This Role You'll thrive in this position if you enjoy combining strategic thinking, client engagement, technical problem-solving, and team leadership.
