Pay: $15.50/hour to start — increases to $17.00/hour after 90 days
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Overtime: OT and weekend work may be required based on production needs
Location: 18 1⁄2 Mile Road, Sterling Heights, MI (near Van Dyke & Mound)
Job Description
We are hiring Bumper Assembly Workers to join our production team in Sterling Heights. This position involves assembling automotive bumpers by installing bolts, clips, screws, and wires, then using a power drill and other hand tools to securely fasten components.
Responsibilities
- Assemble automotive bumpers according to production specifications.
- Install bolts, clips, screws, wires, and other components.
- Use a drill and hand tools to secure parts in place.
- Inspect completed bumpers to ensure components are properly installed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines.
- Meet daily production and quality requirements.
- Perform additional production duties as assigned.
