Purem Novi, Inc. seeks Program Manager II in Novi, MI to provide input to customer strategy and rough planning. Accept or reject a program/program portfolio at program kickoff based on goals set by the ECE. Responsible for customer strategy development. Direct program management methodology through a team of professional reports. Facilitate the continuation of program management and enterprise implementation. Manage and grow customer relations. Manage quote activity for new business. Manage the EBIT and deviations from target including risk management, milestone management and open issues management. Monitor and report out adherence of program management methodology for indirect reports. Conduct all business related activities for, and on the behalf of, Purem within the limits of applicable local, state, and federal legal requirements. Provide support to, and compliance with, all local and corporate Purem Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies, procedures and other HSE related requirements. Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness and follow all Purem polices related to TS16949 and ISO 14001. Look for way to improve and promote quality. Other duties as assigned.
