Own and manage all aspects of SW delivery for a given vehicle program (example DT BEV). Create and manage a SW delivery plan such that all key vehicle, plant, quality, and engineering requirements are met on time and with the correct feature content according to the plan. Provide support prior to the X0 Phase including: Create the SW delivery plan and ensure alignment with all key stakeholders. Understand all new features that must be delivered, and build/maintain a living vehicle level Feature Readiness Assessment. Prioritize features into groups that can be released, validated and delivered as packages during the development process. Ensure that a proper validation plan supports each SW delivery phase. Provide support after The X0 Phase: Coordinate the delivery of SW according to the feature rollout plan to all consumers. Ensure that validation is complete prior to delivery of SW packages/Waves. Track all open issues including defects and the Global Issue Management System (GIMS) and drive the corrective actions into SW Waves. Ensure that SW of the correct maturity is supplied to all plant builds, including SOP. Adjust planning as necessary, recommending feature deferrals when appropriate. Drive external and internal developed SW delivery planning to maintain platform timing and delivery to vehicle milestones according to the plan
