Lead Installer (Doors & Closets) – Growth Opportunity
Pay: $25–$27/hour based on experience
Full-Time W-2 Position | Year-Round Work
About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable, experienced exterior door installer to join our team installing interior doors, entry doors, and custom closets in residential homes.
This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to grow into a lead installer or management position as the company continues to expand.
You will be trained on our systems and process, with the expectation of quickly working toward running your own jobs independently.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Installing interior and entry doors
- Installing custom closets and organization systems
- Measuring openings and ensuring proper fit
- Handling materials (lifting 50–100+ lbs)
- Working efficiently and progressing toward independent installs
Job Requirements:
- Carpentry / Exterior Door / Closet installation experience
- Comfortable with physical labor
- Reliable and detail-oriented
- Willing to grow into leadership
Additional Requirements:
- Clean, professional appearance
- Valid driver's license (driving company vehicles during workday)
- Ability to pass background check
- No smoking during work hours or on job sites
- Strong customer communication
