Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Project Manager to support a large-scale manufacturing technology initiative focused on improving operational processes and implementing new digital solutions across a manufacturing environment. This individual will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and driving successful delivery of new systems, tools, and process improvements. The ideal candidate has a background in automotive manufacturing, strong project management experience, and a proven track record of leading implementation or transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are achieved.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, status reports, and documentation.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across manufacturing, engineering, operations, and technology organizations.
Lead implementation and deployment activities for new systems, tools, and business processes.
Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
Facilitate project meetings and drive accountability for action items and deliverables.
Communicate project status, key decisions, and roadblocks to stakeholders and leadership.
Partner with business and operational teams to gather requirements and support project execution.
Support change management and user adoption efforts for new processes and technologies.
Create presentations, reports, and executive-level project updates.
Compensation Starting At: $34/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law

Skills and Requirements
5+ years of Project Management or Program Management experience.
Automotive and/or manufacturing experience.
Experience managing multiple projects, timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables simultaneously.
Experience leading deployments, implementations, or transformation initiatives involving new systems, processes, or technologies.
Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills. - Experience supporting manufacturing operations, manufacturing engineering, or plant leadership teams.
Experience with manufacturing systems such as MES, Workday, Kronos/UKG, FactoryIQ, or similar platforms.
Exposure to AI-enabled tools or technologies in a business or manufacturing environment.
Experience working with software development, systems integration, or enterprise technology teams.
Experience supporting large-scale, multi-site implementations or rollouts.
