- Minimum of five years in operations environments or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Powder Coat experience preferred.
- Excellent written, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Two years of working in a lean culture preferred.
- Effective leader of people who is able to articulate a vision that inspires and motivates followership.
- Able to build trusting relationships with Operations team members and leaders and across the organization.
- Proven experience developing, coaching, and leading without authority with a focus on results
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and strategic skills.
- Strong operations acumen.
- Efficient in using common computer programs like Outlook, Word, and Excel. Experience using ERP systems.
