The Educational Alliances Specialist supports Stellantis educational partnership programs through strategic marketing, communications, event support, and stakeholder engagement. This role manages marketing initiatives, communications campaigns, program website, newsletters, and event-related activities in support of programs such as the Mopar Career Automotive Program and Degrees@Work.
The Mopar Career Automotive Program was established in 1984 through strategic partnerships with secondary educational institutions. The program integrates Stellantis technical curriculum into participating schools' general curriculum to help train and recruit future Stellantis technicians.
The Degrees@Work program is another strategic partnership FCA has with Strayer University. The Degrees@Work program provides a no-cost, no-debt, college education to Stellantis employees and participating FCA dealership employees and their family members.
The Educational Alliances Specialist supports these programs and other departmental programs by managing communications, marketing and event needs. The role also supports the Experiential Training Manager with launch events as needed. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Provide expertise in marketing ideation, initiative creation, execution and management, including benchmarking activities and KPI development / tracking
Project management of events including on-site support (ie. Assemble Your Future, SkillsUSA, Career Fairs, Stellantis Days at Mopar CAP schools, CAP Bracket Challenge, NADA Convention, Mopar Service & Parts Conference)
Implement social media campaigns, manage online communities, and monitor daily engagement
Develop, launch, and manage a Degrees@Work marketing growth strategy and communication campaign
Management of the Mopar CAP website including Lead distribution for follow up, updates, vendor collaboration
Manage dealer facing job aids and marketing assets
Manage marketing material inventory and tracking
Create Quarterly Mopar CAP Newsletter
Present program updates to Mopar CAP leadership, schools and business partners
Serve as a marketing liaison to FCA's internal teams such as Mopar, PR, Purchasing, Legal, etc. on behalf of the programs
Program Marketing contact to the Aftersales Field / Business Centers, Mopar CAP and D@W field teams
Liaison to Brands and Experiential Marketing group for program development and promotion
Assist the Experiential Training Manager as needed in the development and implementation of Stellantis experiential training initiatives in conjunction with new vehicle launches
Manage Ad-hoc special projects for Stellantis Performance Institute
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 2 years of project/program management experience with strong attention to detail
Minimum 2 years' experience in marketing, media, advertising or event management
Understanding of Automotive enthusiast culture and automotive service operations
Data Analytics and performance measurement experience
Excellent relationship building skills
Advanced written and presentation skills
Must be willing to travel up to 25% of time (Overnight and weekends required)
Self-starter, innovative and team-oriented
Proficient in MS Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint
Preferred Requirements:
Incentive / recognition travel programs
Experience with scholarships and grants for post-secondary education
Budget management experience
Experience in working with vendor partners to execute initiatives
